WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN AN AVERAGE SESSION?
The first session will focus on physical assessment, discussion on goals, and nutrition. The sessions that follow will be tailored to the goals set during the first session, and will be occasionally modified as you progress.
YES. During the first session, you and your trainer will discuss any preexisting injuries so that he or she can modify an exercise routine that best addresses the issue. If the injury is severe, a medical clearance may be requested from the your physician.
Our Personal trainers & Mixed-Martial Arts coaches asses their clients and tailor exercises including conditioning plans that address your needs and goals.
